Welcome to Killarney Vale Public School Parents & Citizens Association (P&C).
Joining the P&C enables you to become involved in decisions that the P&C, as a committee, make to benefit students, school and community. We are a group of people that enjoy being together and working together for this common goal.
The objectives of our P&C are:
- To promote the interests of the school by bringing parents, citizens, students and teaching staff into close co-operation; and
- To assist in providing facilities and equipment for the school and in promoting the recreation and welfare of the students at the school.
If you choose to be an active member of the P&C, there are a number of ways in which you can participate to assist us in achieving our objectives. Be nominated for one of the various positions that help coordinate all aspects of the P&C or you may like to assist at any one of the many activities or events that the P&C are involved in each year.
Alternatively, you may be happy just to receive our weekly correspondence and be kept informed of P&C activities. Either way, your support is greatly appreciated.
Our P&C also operates and manages the Uniform Shop and School Canteen. Both of these outlets require P&C volunteers to assist in ensuring that these two areas operate effectively and efficiently.
Being an active member of our P&C will provide you with years of enjoyment as you interact with other parents and families, teachers, staff and students. It is about bringing our school community together for the benefit of our children and us all.
