Our extra-curricular highlights
Debating and public speaking
Our debating and public speaking programs empower students to find their voice and speak with confidence. Through structured debates, speeches and collaborative team activities, students develop critical thinking, persuasive communication and leadership skills. Students also have opportunities to represent the school in local and state competitions, challenging themselves and showcasing their talents beyond the classroom.
Creative and performing arts
Our Creative and Performing Arts program inspires students to explore their creativity and express themselves with confidence. Through high-quality drama, music and visual arts programs, students are provided with rich opportunities to perform, create and showcase their talents in concerts, exhibitions and drama experiences. These learning experiences are delivered by our dedicated CAPA teacher, ensuring a consistent, engaging and specialist approach that nurtures creativity and builds students’ skills across the arts.
Trips and excursions
Our trips and excursions bring learning to life beyond the classroom. Students have exciting opportunities to explore, discover and challenge themselves through memorable experiences such as Great Aussie Bush Camp adventures, the Year 4 ZooSnooz program and the Year 6 Canberra excursion, along with many other curriculum-linked outings. These experiences build confidence, independence and curiosity, while helping students make meaningful connections between their learning and the real world.
